Doing sport is helpful body health. This is a sentence that I often heard. Now I is a youth and my body is growing. In addition to bite and sup in everyday life, often doing sport is helpful body health. As we study very hard, there is no morning exercises, Physical Education class we also do not have more. Our the amount of exercise are greatly reduce,so we will easily become ill. Teachers care us and want us to have another 10 hours of physical activity time. I am a person who likes to stay home, do physical activity also at home, and sometimes to play badminton, and sometimes do sit-ups, sometimes running, sometimes doing aerobics. In fact, it is very difficult for me to do physical activity everyday.
I think the most difficult that is sit-ups for me, but I insisted that I do 35 sit-ups every day. Do sit-ups not only can enhance the flexibility of abdominal muscles, but also can protect the back and make a beautiful shape of body. I would like to lose weight, I will certainly do sit-ups! Every night I lied on the bed, knee flexion 90 degrees, feet flat on the bed and put my hands above my heads. I forced the body to rise 10-20 cm and then to slowly drop back to the body in situ. I just done more than ten , I feel my stomach acid and I can not up again and wanted to rest on the bed, however in order to my goal I could not give up. I insisted on doing 35 sit-ups and I was already tired to the point of wanting die.I was thinking about I could do it for a long time. No ah!! simple Playing badminton was more simple, but finished I also feel tired. I take the racket, saw the ball, force hit the ball. Success! Playing badminton is a systemic campaign of projects, also can adjust the amount of exercise, since you can play to play, very convenient. To lose weight is very useful and necessary. Next time I want to join the Badminton Club. Running was really tired, I ran laps on the tired. I only ran two days, each day twice, then I gave up. The most interesting activity was to do aerobics. Follow the coach to do on the VCD, simple and fitness. I did yoga occasionally. But every time I feel tired after I did yoga, it is necessary to pay attention to many details, the body should be straight, legs should be close together and so on. After I did yoga, my muscle got soreness.
I also learn yoga from Ms.Mitschrich every Thursday and practise it on Friday after dinner. When I do yoga, I feel breath hard and the blood circulation is getting hurry. It is very helpful for my body and get enough air and energy
